From Munich to Seychelles, the relentless dedication and engagement of Oliver Kuhn have been flawless. Back in 2000, Oliver started his successful career at Kempinski Hotel Airport Munich with a specialisation in F&B before making headway at several high-end hospitality brands, where he demonstrated his leadership. In 2016, he rejoined Kempinski as General Manager of Kempinski Hotel Khan Palace Ulaanbaatar, followed by a pre-opening stint at Grand Hotel Kempinski, Almaty Kazakhstan. Before arriving in the Seychelles, he excelled in various general manager positions in China, Russia and Egypt.
With the current modernisation of the resort, which is expected to be finalised by October 2023, Oliver will play a key role in the ambitious repositioning of Kempinski Seychelles Resort. Set in a stunning natural location, where the preservation of the environment and the cultural heritage are part of the resort’s identity, the fully renovated and upgraded rooms, its innovative concepts at the refurbished restaurants and the enhancement of all recreational and spa facilities will create bespoke experiences for guests.
‘This year marks the tenth anniversary of our resort in the Seychelles, and the moment is opportune, with the renovation in progress to expand our offerings while we continue to craft new and authentic experiences that blend the amazing nature of our location with the local culture,’ states Oliver Kuhn on his appointment. ‘Our team is fuelled by the satisfaction of our guests, and we ensure that they are at the heart of everything we do.’
