SaffronStays launches Central Intelligence Office for better customer experience

The Central Intelligence Office will ensure guests have a hassle-free holiday experience across its 130+ private vacation homes.

SaffronStays, India’s foremost network of private vacation homes, has added another feather to its cap. With an aim to ensure a hassle-free experience - right from the time they book until they check-out - they recently launched their Call Centre or Central Intelligence Office in Mumbai. Guests can now dial their hotline number to enquire, book and even communicate with the team during their stay. The space will be staffed with expert holiday advisors, a central care team and revenue management team in the unified office space.


After over 4 years of successfully being in the business, with 130+ homes located across India, SaffronStays understands the need for a customised approach for each traveller. With this intelligence office, they aim to fill in any gaps that guests may experience due to lack of communication or to simply get a clearer picture of what they can expect, right from the discovery and planning stage until the holiday is complete.
