The hotel is all set to provide a “new normal” experience with the recent introduction of the Hilton CleanStay program that defines the novel standard of hotel cleanliness and disinfection. This is done to ensure all guests enjoy a cleaner and safer stay.
The cleanliness is not restricted to rooms only, but extends across the entire hotel experience – from arrival to departure. At Hilton Garden Inn, Gurgaon Baani Square, guests can expect social distancing signage’s and sanitizers in the lobby, Hilton CleanStay Room Seal to indicate that guest rooms haven’t been accessed since they were cleaned, Extra disinfection of top 10 high touch areas in guest rooms including light switches and door handles, Increased cleaning frequency of public areas, Reduced paper amenities (like pads and guest directories) in rooms, Contactless dining to ensure safe in-room dining experience, enhanced Team Member safety and well-being with personal protective equipment and enhanced training and protocols.

Hilton Garden Inn Gurgaon Baani Square has also recently opened its All-Day-Dining, Glasshouse with all the precautionary measures in place and introduced a 3-course set menuwhich allows patrons to experience and indulge in specially curated delicacies.The outlet serves up a selection of hearty meals from local to international cuisines. To ensure the guest safety, various measures that are taken at the outlet includes: - Wearing of masks and gloves by each team member, seating rearrangement is done to maintain a distance of minimum 2 meters, physical menus are replaced with contactless menus with the barcode scanning code at each table, high quality wipes are provided instead of cloth napkins and the tables shall not be preset like before are amongst the few changes that the outlet embraced. The hotel’s strategy is to operate and open its outlets in phases or as the demand arises.
