Farzi Café launches new menu in Hyderabad

Farzi café in Hyderabad launches its new Menu with a twist of delicacy and creativity. The café is popularly known for the amalgamation of futuristic Indian food with traditional Indian flavors and global cuisine. It redefines Indian cuisine where culinary art meets the alchemy of modern presentations and cooking techniques like molecular gastronomy. This will let you have a unique fusion dining experience.

The appetizers include dishes such as Aloo Snowmosa Curd Emulsification, Tofu Medu Vada with Curry Leaf Gun Powder, Yam Galouti with Ulta Tawa Paratha, Smoke Pepper Chicken Tikka, Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings Jalapeno Raita, Tartare Lamb Chop & Chimichurri Salsa with Poppy seeds, Karampodi Tandoori Pomfret, SORBET- Cucumber & Yoghurt Palate Cleanser, and many more


The main course includes Sago Pangal, Ghee Roast Panner with Crushed Peanut, Broccoli & Lentil Briyani with water Chestnut Raita, Kothimbir Vadi Sabji with water Butter Nan, Andhra Chilli Chicken Thatte Idli with Micro Herbs, Gongura Mutton Koora with Ghee Pulav, Tawa Seared Meen Manga Curry with Tempered Rice, Hyderabadi Style Pothichoru Biryani.


The desserts like De-Constructed Filter Kappi Tiramisu and Caramel Chocolate Cheese Cake and many more to tantalize your sweet tooth.
