54 Praangan, The Indian Specialty Restaurant at Indore Marriott launches its new menu

Indore Marriott Hotel, one of Indore’s sought-after hospitality destination for sumptuous food and more is thrilled to announce new additions to their already much-loved menu at their Indian-specialty restaurant- 54 Praangan that will be launched on 15th April, 2022. Travel the spice route to the southern states of Kerala and Tamil Nadu, follow in the footsteps of princely traditions in Hyderabad and Lucknow, circle the north through the plains of Punjab, the mountains of Kashmir and the busy streets of Delhi to finally return to roam the lush green field of Madhya Pradesh. Enjoy the unexplored Malwa cuisine and an interesting cusp of three cuisines - Indore, Maharashtra & Rajasthan only at 54 Praangan.

A courtyard of flavours, offering regional delicacies from diverse parts of India, the restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere with water bodies on either side that further enhances the overall experience. In the last two years, the Indian cuisine has witnessed exciting and innovative ways of preparation and presentation of dishes that guests have come to enjoy and appreciate. From the emergence of modern Indian cuisine, which complements tradition and allows one to explore new flavours and ingredients, to the resurgence of authentic regional cuisines, there has been a significant change in food trends coming out of the country. One such trend is Indian fusion cuisine. 

After thorough research, the Executive Chef, Shiv Parvesh along with Sous Chef, Tinkesh have come up with a delicious new take on some of the favourite Indian classics, with a modern twist that features some of the finest Indian spices and seasonings. With the new additions, the menu now has on offer popular entrees like Chakki ki saak, Praangan ki Gosht Galawat, Tandoori Lobster, Bocconcini Makhni, Gucci Matar, Matka Murg, Dal Paniya among others that will enhance the dining experience of our guests.
