Hotel Mercure Hyderabad KCP, Banjara hills launches Terrace, A Roof Top Bar & Restaurant

Hotel Mercure Hyderabad KCP, Banjara hills is set to launch Terrace, A Roof Top Bar & Restaurant in its premises.  The Restaurant at the 12th floor of the hotel offers an excellent view of Hussain Sagar, Birla Mandir, New Secretariat Building and Metro will create a new experience while you eat, drink and socialize. Terrace will offer Indian and Oriental Cuisine handpicked by expert chefs of Hotel Mercure Hyderabad KCP. 

In order to reveal the details, Hotel Mercure Hyderabad KCP had organized a media interaction, this was attended by Mr. Soumitra Pahari, General Manager, along with other key staff members of the hotel.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Pahari, presented the theme of the restaurant. He explained that “Terrace” is a resemblance of EAT, DRINK, SOCILIZE experience. The restaurant, with its welcoming woody décor, warm lighting and breath taking view of Hyderabad City makes it the destination for diners, he said.

Further revealing the cuisine, Mr. Pahari, said that Terrace is going to serve the cuisine that is Oriental and Indian with a twist, plated in a contemporary way. It will perfectly balance the five fundamental flavors – spicy, sour, bitter, sweet and salty at the very heart of this art of the palate, he said.  Menu is curated by keeping in mind the famous dishes which are well known to the Hyderabadis taste and palate, he added. He further revealed that menu will have Pla rad prik, Satay Chicken, Dumplings, Kebabs, some international salads and of course some mouth watering desserts, he revealed.
