Bengaluru-based Brik Oven has launched its new vegan menu at its Brik Oven Indiranagar restaurant recently.
The highlight of the menu is Vegan Mozzarella made from Cashew milk, adding a creamy, indulgent touch to each creation, while the Sourdough bread is meticulously fermented for a minimum of 72 hours, resulting in a superior texture and depth of flavour.
Diners can indulge in classic favourites reimagined with vegan Mozzarella, like the Margherita and Hawaiian. For those seeking bolder flavours, the Anna pizza, features San Marzano Sauce, Vegan Mozzarella, red Onions, red Peppers, Garlic, Jalapenos, and Vegan Feta are available.
Beyond pizza, Brik Oven’s vegan menu boasts a selection of fresh and flavourful salads. Leading this line-up is the Smoked Vinaigrette salad, with its medley of mixed greens, Lollo Rosso, Romaine, confit Cherry Tomato, Bell Peppers, red Onion, Vegan Feta, Walnuts, and green Olives, and the Smoked Beetroot Salad, featuring roasted beets, crumbled vegan Feta, Arugula, Dill and baby Spinach topped off with Truffle oil and Walnuts. Brik Oven has the Vegan Cheesecake, made with a creamy Cashew base and topped with fresh berries and the Vegan Chocolate Mousse.
