Conrad Hotels & Resorts proudly debuts The Art of Experiential Dining, an innovative culinary initiative blending heritage, culinary mastery, and immersive discovery. Launching in Asia Pacific, the program redefines luxury dining as a cultural journey, connecting guests to destinations through cuisine.
The inaugural event, held at Conrad Pune, showcases the culinary expertise of Pradeep Rao, Executive Chef, and food historian Anoothi Vishal. Together, they reinterpret 19th-century Indian gastronomy, drawing from royal kitchens and culinary archives to craft contemporary takes on traditional dishes. The menu includes Pulled Mutton Dhansak Raviolo, inspired by Pune’s Camp heritage, and the Peshwai Plate, celebrating the regal Peshwas. A reimagined Modak offers a bold twist, symbolizing Pune’s harmony of past and present.
Candice D’Cruz, VP of Luxury Brands, Hilton Asia Pacific, stated, “This initiative is more than dining—it’s a revival of culture and storytelling, uniquely crafted to reflect the essence of each destination. Starting in Pune and soon in Bengaluru, the program brings India’s culinary traditions to life with refined, bold innovation.”
Conrad Pune General Manager Abhishek Sahai added, “This exclusive event celebrates India’s heritage through dishes that narrate stories on the plate. Guests and local diners can enjoy select creations on our restaurant menu for a limited time.”
Complementing the dining experience is Conrad’s signature 1/3/5 program, offering curated explorations tailored to guests’ schedules. In Pune, guests can delve into the city’s cultural tapestry through visits to landmarks like Shaniwar Wada, food trails, and masterclasses on Goda Masala or brass artistry.
The exclusive menu will continue to feature at Al Di La and Zeera restaurants, allowing more diners to experience this unique collaboration.
