ITC Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a new 140-key luxury hotel in Patna, further strengthening its presence in eastern India. The agreement has been signed with Kumar Infra Hotel Private Limited (KIHPL), marking another milestone in ITC Hotels’ growth trajectory under its luxury portfolio.
Part of the Bihar Tourism development initiatives, the project emerged from a competitive government bid process secured by KIHPL, with ITC Hotels finalized as the hotel operator. The upcoming property, set on a 1.5-acre site in the heart of Patna, will introduce world-class hospitality, sophisticated design, and ITC’s renowned culinary excellence to the state’s capital.

The new ITC Hotel Patna will feature luxury accommodation, signature dining venues, and expansive meeting and banqueting facilities.
