Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of two new properties — Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya and Lemon Tree Premier, Guwahati.
Under the development management and license agreements between RJ Corp Limited and Lemon Tree Hotels, both hotels will be developed by RJ Corp Limited, with Lemon Tree Hotels providing its technical expertise. The operations of the hotels will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya, located in the city known for its rich spiritual heritage, will offer around 300 rooms, along with a restaurant, banquet and conference facilities, and a range of recreational amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, and other public areas.
Lemon Tree Premier, Guwahati will comprise approximately 300 rooms and 50 serviced apartments equipped with kitchenettes. The property will also include a restaurant, banquet and meeting facilities, as well as leisure options like a swimming pool, spa, and other common areas.
