Novotel ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road introduced a new menu at their popular Poolside Bar & BBQ venue.
In addition to its stellar views of the city skyline, Blue Terrain will also offer an extensive selection of cocktails, wines, and spirits from around the world. The poolside restaurant will provide a wide range of bowl meals, sharing plates, fondues, flambés, Grills and handcrafted cocktails. Furthermore Blue Terrain will now have organic, plant-based dishes.
The new menu that has been curated by Chef Karan Kohli, who has worked with some of the best restaurants in the country includes dishes like corn ribs , BBQ jackfruit Tacos, Pork ribs , to name a few.
The property has introduced a range of fondues and Flambés such as classical Swiss cheese fondues, chocolate fondues, Flambeed Steak’s and Flambeed Baked Alaska. These are perfect to enjoy in the breezy Bangalore weather with a cocktail.
The bar will have a range of eclectic cocktails such as Rum & Smoke, Forest G&T, Chai & Marmalade, Peachy Vessel, Flaming Irish coffee and Snake coffee.
