Asur Microbrewery, Bar & Kitchen—the first microbrewery in West and North Delhi and the largest in the city—has opened its doors, ushering in a new era for the region’s craft beer scene. Featuring a state-of-the-art 5HL brewhouse, Asur is set to redefine how the city experiences beer, food, and community.
With plans to launch 4–6 outlets across North India by 2026, the brand is poised to take its unique blend of craft beer, inventive cuisine, and vibrant atmosphere to a broader audience. On the product front, the brewery is already making waves with innovative offerings such as Kiwi Beer, winter-special Rum Beer and Scotch Ale, alongside staples like IPA, Belgian Wheat, and the bold, velvety Nitro Stout. Plans for live BBQ stations at the brewery further amplify Asur’s commitment to hearty, flavorful food that complements its brews.
Having invested over INR 15 crore, Asur is dedicated to maintaining premium quality. Ingredients sourced from Europe and the U.S. form the foundation of its signature beers, ensuring an uncompromising standard of excellence. The brewery’s transparent, open layout invites guests to witness the artistry behind every pint, offering an immersive connection to the craft.
Asur Microbrewery is driven by the vision of founder Rohan Khare, a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the beverage industry. Before launching Asur, Khare founded Bad Monkey and played a key role at Rock & Storm Distilleries Pvt Ltd, where he contributed to the success of several spirits.
“Our vision for Asur goes beyond serving exceptional beer,” said Khare. “We’re building a space where people can connect, explore bold flavors, and truly appreciate the craftsmanship behind every brew. From our open brewhouse to our curated menu and plans for innovation, we want every visit to be an unforgettable experience.”
Asur Microbrewery is more than a destination— it’s a movement celebrating the craft of brewing while fostering a community of beer enthusiasts. With its focus on innovation, quality, and authentic connections, it is raising the bar for how beer is experienced.
