Araiya Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Akshay Kulkarni as its Chief Business and Strategy Officer (CBSO). In this key leadership role,
Akshay will spearhead the company’s strategic growth initiatives, focusing on expanding the hotel portfolio, forging strong partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities.
Akshay brings over 27 years of experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors, showcasing a proven track record of driving profitability and growth. His expertise spans business
development, project execution, and asset management, having successfully led large-scale hospitality and mixed-use projects across South and Southeast Asia.

As CBSO, Akshay will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, identifying and acquiring new hotel locations, overseeing hotel projects from concept to opening,and building strong relationships with stakeholders to support market expansion.
