We also recognize that this is just the beginning of our journey. India is vast, and there are many more cities to serve. We continue to work on new projects to innovate and improve our food, bringing customers real, authentic Mexican flavors. While some of these projects will take years to achieve, we remain committed to making progress every day,” he added.
The opening of the 100th store is well-aligned with California Burrito’s ambitious growth plans, aiming to triple its store count to 300 locations by 2030, including expansions into Mumbai and Pune. The company is also strengthening its sustainable sourcing initiatives, ensuring access to premium-quality Hass avocados, tomatillos, and other fresh ingredients to enhance the authenticity of its offerings, while solidifying its position as a leader in India’s fast-casual Mexican dining space.
