Perched atop the scenic cliffs of Ozran Beach, this newly launched property is already turning heads for its artistic ethos and experiential dining.
Conceptualised as more than just a hospitality space, Clara Beach Haven is envisioned as a narrative-driven experience. The centrepiece of the venue—a striking 22-foot statue of Clara, bathed in dynamic lighting—serves as a symbol of the brand’s commitment to creativity and storytelling. “This is not just a place to dine or stay. It’s a place to feel inspired,” said Yash Agrawal, Owner of Clara Beach Haven.
The interiors are a reflection of Clara’s imagined world—sophisticated, curious, and timeless. The restaurant’s globally inspired menu is a curated journey through bold flavours and artistic plating. Starters include Crispy Asian Money Bagsand Baked Brie Bites with spiced blueberry and balsamic chutney, while standout mains feature Grilled Lobster Sliders and Mushroom Masala Enchiladas. Desserts such as Nutella Banoffee Pie and a Triple Chocolate Mousseround off the experience.
In addition to its gastronomic offerings, Clara Beach Haven is also making waves for its innovative cocktail menu. Signature drinks like the Siam Sunset (vodka, kaffir lime, passion fruit, ginger tart) and Ruby Revive (fat-washed whiskey with beetroot juice and Indian gooseberry) provide a sensory extension of the venue’s creative essence. The Coastal Harmony, infused with curry leaf gin and coconut water, offers a uniquely Goan twist.
“Our goal was to create a destination where every element—be it the architecture, the food, or the cocktails—contributes to a story, a memory,” Agrawal said. “We want guests to leave not just satisfied, but enchanted.”
