On the topic of collaborations, Kumar revealed successful partnerships that they had recently within the Food and Beverage (F&B) segment. “To drive revenue through F&B, we’ve devised comprehensive strategies aimed at enhancing the dining experience for our patrons. By leveraging our diverse culinary offerings, we’ve collaborated with China Kitchen from Hyatt Regency Delhi for a special pop-up at The Range restaurant,” he explained.

Kumar explained the hotel’s target demographics, stating that they serve a diverse range of customers. This includes luxury travelers who seek high-end accommodations, families who want to create unforgettable vacation experiences, couples who are celebrating special occasions, and corporate clients who host events and conferences. “Our personalised approach and versatile offerings make sure that we cater to the unique preferences and requirements of each of these segments,” he added.

Sharing insights into the hotel’s performance, Kumar revealed that Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa has been exhibiting strong performance metrics for the past two years, with consistently high occupancy rates and impressive revenue growth. “Despite global challenges, our property has maintained strong occupancy levels, underscoring the resilience of our brand and the appeal of our offerings to discerning travelers,” he said.

During its two years of operation, the hotel has garnered prestigious accolades. Kumar shed light on these achievements, expressing, “The prestigious awards received by our hotel, including being named the ‘Iconic Family Resort In the Hills’ and ‘Best Hotel of the Year’, significantly enhance our reputation and future positioning in the market.
