Fortune Hotels, a member of ITC’s hotel group, announced the signing of a second property in Siliguri, West Bengal. Set to be titled Fortune Park, the hotel is anticipated to open in March 2025.
This brownfield project, located on 1.47 acres of land, will feature stylish rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, well-equipped banquet and meeting spaces, and other premium facilities tailored to enhance the guest experience. The hotel is being designed to cater to the strong demand in the local market, especially for events and social gatherings.
