HRAWI Conducts FSSAI’s FoSTaC Programme In Goa

The Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI in association with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India’s (FSSAI) hosted the latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC) programme on August 29th at Hotel Manoshanti in Goa. The programme was attended by 40 hospitality professionals who received training from Dr Pasupathy of Parikshan. The programme was jointly inaugurated by Dr Pasupathy; Mr Digambar Mangeshkar – Operation Manager, Hotel Manoshanti; Ms Shraddha Shrikant Jadhav – Melhor Hospitality LLP and Ms Manasi Parab – Admin Assistant- Training & Seminar, HRAWI.

Participants engaged in comprehensive training on critical aspects such as food handling, preparation, hygiene, sanitation and waste management. By focusing on these essential areas, the programme equipped attendees with practical skills to implement rigorous food safety protocols in their daily operations.

HRAWI has successfully trained and certified 3,146 professionals through FSSAI’s FoSTaC Training Programme, underscoring its dedication to elevating food safety standards in the hospitality sector.
