This event, part of the Worldwide Bartender Week, serves as the perfect platform to showcase Paragon, a new collection of premium botanical concentrates featuring White Penja Pepper from Cameroon and Timur Berry from Nepal. Paragon is the result of years of exploration into rare botanicals, developed in collaboration with renowned mixologist Alex Kratena, who worked alongside MONIN to create these unique, sophisticated ingredients.
