Starting his career as a Management Trainee at Grand Hyatt Mumbai, Pratik honed his skills in sales leadership and business development. His international exposure, including five years in New Zealand, has equipped him with a deep understanding of evolving hospitality trends and guest expectations.
Throughout his career, he has successfully led sales efforts at Hyatt Ahmedabad, Novotel, Courtyard Ahmedabad, and Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad. Additionally, he played a key role in the pre-opening success of Fairfield by Marriott Vadodara, showcasing his expertise in market penetration, revenue optimization, and brand positioning.
