Radisson Hotel Group has announced the development of a luxury hotel in the Patia area of Bhubaneswar, in partnership with Era Group of Hotels. The announcement was made during a press conference at the Utkarsha Odisha Conclave in Bhubaneswar.
The upcoming hotel represents an investment of approximately INR 79 crore and is scheduled to open its doors in July 2025. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) formalizing the collaboration was signed at the conclave.
This new project in Bhubaneswar will join Radisson’s existing hotel in Gopalpur, further enhancing the group’s footprint in Odisha. Additionally, Radisson has plans to establish a luxury property in Puri, showcasing its commitment to supporting the state’s burgeoning tourism industry.
The development aligns with the Prime Minister’s vision and the state government’s initiatives to promote MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tourism in Odisha. With Bhubaneswar emerging as a hub for business and cultural tourism, the new Radisson property aims to attract both leisure and corporate travelers, bolstering the state’s hospitality sector.
