Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center has recently appointed Ranjeet Singh as the Beverage Manager.
Ranjeet has been excelling in the hospitality industry from the last 9 years, with his last assignment being at Shangri -La hotel Dubai, UAE. As the Beverage Manager at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center, he will be responsible for the costs and control of food quality, menu designing, introducing innovative beverage promotions while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction as well as growth and development of his team.
Honing in on his vast experiences, Ranjeet is a WSET Level 3 expert with an extensive knowledge of wine style and quality. His signature, however remains introducing new trends. His ‘Date with Johnny’ was his most popular cocktail during his last assignment in Dubai. He has also been a part of Johnny Walker highball competition in Middle East.
He has proven to be highly result oriented, incisive and versatile hospitality professional with decisive leadership, management and guidance skills. He holds a bachelor degree in hotel management and has graduated from IHM Delhi. He has gained immense knowledge during his time at some of the most prominent hotels. He was associated with Shangri -La hotels for 7 years at two different properties, Shangri -La hotel Bangalore and Shangri -La hotel Dubai, UAE with his first assignment with Hyatt Regency Hotel Chennai.
