On Wednesday, September 25, the Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government unveiled the ‘Dream Plots’ scheme in Noida, aligning with the Chief Minister’s vision to transform the state into ‘Uttam Pradesh.’ The initiative is part of efforts to develop Noida into a thriving urban hub, focusing on expanding the hospitality sector.
The ‘Dream Plots’ scheme is designed to encourage the establishment of both budget and star-category hotels in Noida. Through an e-auction process, prime plots in Sectors 93B, 105, 142, and 135 will be allocated for this purpose.
Six plots, ranging in size from 2,000 to 24,000 square meters, have reserve prices between Rs 44.08 crore and Rs 410.70 crore. Specifically, two budget hotel plots of 2,000 square meters each in Sector 93B are priced at Rs 44.08 crore, while another budget hotel plot of 2,090 square meters in the same sector is priced at Rs 45.61 crore.
For star-category hotels, the scheme offers larger plots: 7,500 square meters in Sector 105 with a reserve price of Rs 138.18 crore, 5,200 square meters in Sector 142 priced at Rs 98.83 crore, and the largest, 24,000 square meters in Sector 135, with a reserve price of Rs 410.70 crore.
This initiative will facilitate the development of three budget hotels and three star-category hotels across key locations in Noida, enhancing the city’s hospitality infrastructure. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 10, and applications will be accepted online starting from October 17, with the final deadline on November 9.
