The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has upheld the Hyderabad Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal's (NCLT) decision approving the resolution plan for Hyderabad-based Golden Jubilee Hotels. The appellate tribunal dismissed the appeal
