The Square, Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road brings Highway Food Festival

Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is excited to announce the ongoing Highway Food Festival at The Square, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant. The festival will showcase the diverse and delicious cuisines found along India’s highways, providing guests with a culinary journey through some of the country’s most iconic dishes.

The Highway Food Festival is happening from February 17th to 26th, 2023, and will feature a wide range of food-inspired dishes from the highway of Attari to Delhi, prepared by Indian Masterchef Om Prakash from Pullman Novotel New Delhi Aerocity along with Karan Kohli, executive chef Novotel Ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. Guests can look forward to indulging in specialties such as Ambala mutton curry, Beeray Di Bhatti, Ranjit shahi paneer, Chikkad Cholle with Amritsari Kulcha, Ambarsari vadiyan, Meat Beli ram and much more. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options will be available, making the festival accessible to all.

Speaking about the upcoming event, Sandeep Johri, General Manager of Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, said, “We are thrilled to host the Highway Food Festival at The Square, and to offer our guests the opportunity to experience the vibrant and diverse cuisine of North India’s highways. Our chefs have put together a mouth-watering menu of authentic North Indian dishes, and we are all set to share them with our guests.”

The Highway Food Festival will be held at The Square, Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, and will be open to hotel guests as well as members of the public. The festival will be priced at INR 1599 plus taxes per person, and will include a variety of starters, mains, and desserts, available for both lunch and dinner buffet.
