Hyatt Centric Juhu Bolsters Leadership Team with Appointment of New Human Resources Manager, Mathew Joseph

Hyatt Centric Juhu, a boutique hotel in the heart of Mumbai, has announced the appointment of Mathew Joseph as its new Human Resources Manager. His arrival marks a significant step forward for the hotel’s commitment to fostering a world-class hospitality environment and making every experience feel #LikeACeleb. He brings a wealth of more than 13 years of experience with some of the renowned brands in the business. In his current capacity, Mathew will be spearheading the Human Resources division, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, effective management of manpower, staff training, and fostering Hyatt’s ‘We care for people so they can be their best’ philosophy.

Mathew Joseph brings a strong foundation to his new role, boasting a successful 13-year career in hospitality alongside an MBA in HR from ICFAI University and a B. Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from IHM Chennai (NCHMCT & AN). This blend of academic knowledge and experience gained at renowned establishments like Pan India Food Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Global Kitchens Pvt. Ltd., Intellistay Hotels (Stay Mango), Sapphire Plaza Hotel Doha (Qatar),  and most recently, K-Hospitality Mumbai, positions him perfectly to lead Hyatt Centric Juhu’s human resources team.
