Srijan Realty, a leading developer in Kolkata, is building a business club named ‘The Quarters’ along with a corporate office project in Park Circus. The business club will be spread over 70,000 square feet and will include guest rooms, a banquet hall, a restaurant, bar, cafe, salon, and lounge. There will also be a separate 100,000 square foot sporting area.
Srijan Realty is looking for a hospitality partner to manage the club, except for the sporting arena. The construction of the property is expected to take three years. This project is a sign of a growing trend in India where developers are looking to hospitality companies to manage business clubs.
