Spalba, a SaaS-based event-tech platform, has achieved a milestone by onboarding over 200 properties across 50+ cities, also marking their APAC expansion with Nepal. The company is reshaping venue management and marketing with its aim to grow its portfolio to over 500 properties by the end of FY25.

Major hotel chains like Radisson, Oberoi, Leela, Accor, and Hyatt have contributed a significant 78% to Spalba’s growth, with the remaining 22% coming from independent properties, popular tourist spots, and distinctive locations like ELIVAAS villas and farmhouses.
In just one year, Spalba’s portfolio grew from 5 properties to 115 properties, recording 2300% growth. The portfolio now includes 33% properties from Tier 2-3 cities and 67% from metropolitan locations. The company plans to onboard an additional 300 properties by FY25.
“Our vision at Spalba is to transform the venue management ecosystem by adopting technology and demonstrating commitment to our partners. As we expand globally, we want to set new standards in the industry by empowering venue owners and enhancing the event planning  experience at every stage. We have successfully generated over 150 queries for MICE, corporate, and wedding events in less than three months since we began our lead generation activities in mid-Q2. Alongside this, there has been a surge in digital engagement, with over 15 million impressions on Digital Twins and 762,000 unique visitors, which is similar to in-person visits,” stated Naveen Gupta, Founder, Spalba.
Technology from Spalba has elevated venue management for both clients and owners. With access to elements from the world’s largest 3D marketplace, the Event Mockup Builder streamlines planning, while the virtual walkthroughs now feature tools for accurately measuring event layouts. Through the new TOURS feature, venue owners may use SwarVaani, an AI-powered tool that allows text-to-voice to build customised sales presentations with AI-generated voiceovers, multimedia options, and descriptions.
Spalba continues to cement its position as a leader in the venue management industry, delivering value to clients and venue owners through its solutions. With its wide range of services and innovative approach, the SaaS-based event-tech platform will transform the sector, setting new benchmarks for technology-driven venue management and transforming event planning and execution globally.
