The evening’s standout moment was the appearance of Hamish Lindsay, Scotch Whisky Ambassador for South and East India at Chivas Brothers. Originating from Edinburgh, Hamish shared his profound whisky expertise and enthusiasm during a remarkable tasting event.
The cocktail menu, curated by the celebrated mixologist Yangdup Lama (known as @thespiritedmonk), includes creations such as Jewel of Tansen, Raag By Tansen, Begum Ki Bazar, and Aaghaaz E Shaam, alongside other signature beverages. The centerpiece, ‘Jewel Of Tansen,’ is a luxurious cocktail crafted for connoisseurs. It features Royal Salute 21 Years Whisky paired with rare ajwa dates from the prestigious Al-Medina region of Saudi Arabia and crunchy pine nuts from Italy. Infused with Single Malt whisky and truffle-infused vermouth, this opulent blend creates a lavish symphony of flavours, transporting you to a realm of unparalleled refinement.
