Graviss Foods Pvt Ltd is poised to unveil its 1,000th Baskin Robbins store across India and the SAARC region in 2024. Focusing strategically on tier 2 and 3 cities, alongside reinforcing its market foothold in major metropolitan hubs, this achievement signifies a pivotal juncture in the company’s expansion trajectory.
Baskin Robbins’ relentless pursuit of innovation has resulted in a consistent flow of new product launches in the past three years, introducing a tempting array of ice cream cakes and delightful desserts. Demonstrating a commitment to job creation, the brand’s operations have directly and indirectly benefited nearly 4,000 individuals. Additionally, Baskin Robbins allocated Rs 100 crore towards establishing a new factory in India in 2022, aligning with its demand requirements. Expanding beyond traditional parlours, the brand now boasts a presence in over 4,000 retail outlets across major cities, as it gears up to celebrate its 30th year in India in 2024.
With an extensive presence of over 900 stores across 250+ cities, the brand is strategically leveraging its robust franchise network to drive growth. The company has implemented various initiatives to enhance connections with its expansive franchise network in India and the SAARC region. Additionally, there is a concerted effort to expand the sales force and enhance their skills to deliver elevated customer service in alignment with the brand’s ethos, fostering repeat patronage.
