InterContinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort appointed Jacob John Paul as the Director of Human Resources. Earlier, Paul spearheaded people strategies at Crowne Plaza, Chennai, as the Director of Human Resources. During his two years tenure at IHG, he made substantial contributions to the hotel’s success.
Paul’s journey in the hospitality industry commenced after he completed his Master’s in Business Administration from Thangavelu Engineering College. He is inspired by IHG’s work culture that promotes high performance and recognition.
