On the sidelines of HICSA 2025, Araiya Hotels & Resorts has outlined its expansion blueprint with plans to operate 10 hotels through management contracts across six states by the end of 2025. Speaking to Hospitality Biz, Amruda Nair, Founder & Director, Araiya Hotels & Resorts said, “the brand operates four properties, with six under various stages of development, reflecting its commitment to offering curated luxury experiences across diverse landscapes in India.”
The brand’s portfolio is divided into three distinct categories, such as, Araiya Hotels, Soul by Araiya, and Araiya Anthology, each offering unique experiences.
In Himachal Pradesh, Araiya Palampur is already operational, while Soul by Araiya Dharamshala is under development. In Gujarat, Araiya Gir, a Mavintara Resort, has officially launched, and Soul by Araiya Ambardi is on the cards.
Uttarakhand will welcome Kinwani House under the Araiya Anthology brand and Aalia Jungle Retreat & Spa by May 2025. Additionally, Soul by Araiya is set to debut in Dehradun very soon.
Kerala and Maharashtra will also be witnessing the opening of Soul by Araiya Resorts in Paithalmala and Tapola, New Mahabaleshwar, respectively. While, Araiya Mt. Abu is under development in Rajasthan.
By the end of 2025, Araiya will start operating three properties under the Araiya brand, five under Soul by Araiya, and two under Araiya Anthology, cementing its position as a key player in India’s luxury and experiential hospitality market.
