The menu offers over 100+ Asian dishes, all in tapas format so one can experience a fabulous variety of dishes ranging from sushi, dim sum, Nikkei Peruvian ceviche & salads, to pan Asian small & big plates, all helmed by culinary master, Chef Eric Sifu. The Foo menu spans new age dishes like Hamachi Carpaccio, Smoked Duck Salad, Nikkei Avocado Uramaki & Truffle Lobster Dumplings, to the traditional well-known dishes like Foo Chilly Chicken, Tempuras, & the immensely popular Foo Blue Butter Japanese Fried Rice with Yellow Curry! There’s plenty of effort on the desert page too & a must-try is the Mount Foo-ji & the Black Marble Sesame Cheesecake!

Foo has put together an innovative beverage menu with cocktails like the Foo King, Foo Kaapi & the in-house Yuzu Negroni & Wasabi Margarita are top sellers. Also available is an array of beverages from the ‘Zero Alcohol Menu’. Ranging from Virgin G&T’s, Boba teas & Mocktails, there is something for everyone on this enticing menu. Foo’s bustling and chattering bar promises to be your very own neighbourhood go-to spot for a Saké or two!

The vibe & interiors at Foo have been thoughtfully created in conjunction with Praxis Inc, based in Bengaluru. This 5500 sq ft restaurant is spread over 2 levels, offering outdoor, indoor & veranda dining options with a capacity for 120 seats. There’s also a 12-14 seater Private Dining Room for group dining with some privacy. The use of vibrant red tones, arched Asian roof tiles, pod seating arrangements & plenty of foliage keeps the ambiance casual yet rich.

Foo aims to be a comfortable all-day dining space, offering best-in-class service standards & value for money.
