Badra Estates, a historic coffee plantation in Chikmagaluru known for cultivating over 40 varieties of specialty coffee beans since 1943, is making its debut in India’s fresh and ground coffee market. The company will introduce four distinct coffee varieties domestically on August 24, including Temple Mountain, Misty Heights, Kaapi Nirvana, and Dakshin Fusion. Managing Director Jacob Mammen highlighted the growing coffee culture among young Indians as a key factor for this expansion. Badra Estates also plans to launch a hospitality venture, offering a comprehensive coffee experience on their plantations.
