Foo, the acclaimed Pan-Asian dining destination from Pebble Street Hospitality, is turning up the heat with the return of its highly anticipated Fiery Edit 2025. Titled “Drop it like it’s hot,” this year’s edition pushes the boundaries of spice, flavor, and culinary creativity. Available until April 15th, 2025, across Foo outlets in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad, the Fiery Edit promises a menu packed with bold dishes, inventive cocktails, and exclusive house-made sauces.
The revamped menu showcases Foo’s mastery of balancing intense heat with nuanced flavors. From fiery sushi rolls like Roll with the Rumours—a smoky, sesame-infused delight with crispy poblano chillies—to It’s Maki Hot, featuring naga mayo and snacky red chillies, the offerings are crafted to surprise and delight spice enthusiasts.
The dumplings take center stage with standout creations like Dumplings Don’t Lie, a mix of water chestnuts and habanero heat, and Chicken Under Wraps, where habanero spice sneaks up for a bold finish. Foo’s small plates, such as Scorched Wings and Chase the Chicken, continue the spicy streak, while mains like Quit Noodling Around and Rice and Everything Spice offer a satisfying blend of comfort and heat.
Even desserts are reimagined with a spicy twist, with Getting Guava Jelly combining guava mousse and chilli guava jelly for a unique sweet-and-spicy experience.
Foo’s Fiery Edit Cocktails add another layer of intrigue. Drinks like Flames and Fantasies, made with Absolut Citron, roasted broccoli juice, and white chocolate syrup, and Thirst Trap, blending tequila, mezcal, and kimchi brine, redefine cocktail innovation.
For spice lovers, Foo introduces its house-made sauces: Whisper of Heat (Yellow Habanero Sauce), Slow Simmer (Chilli Black Bean Sauce), and Red-Hot Rumour (Hot Chilli Oil), bringing the restaurant’s signature flavors home.
Keenan Tham, Co-founder and Managing Director of Pebble Street Hospitality, shared, “The Fiery Edit is a celebration of bold flavors and culinary adventure. This year, we’ve taken it a step further with refined dishes, creative cocktails, and our new range of sauces. We’re excited to bring these experiences to Foo patrons across the country.”
