With an illustrious 17-year career in luxury hospitality, Aaruni Dwivedi brings a wealth of global experience and expertise to his new role as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai. In this capacity, he will oversee hotel operations, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to delivering the highest standards of luxury and service.

A seasoned leader in operations, Aaruni has worked at top-rated Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts across the APAC, EMEA, and Americas regions. His extensive background in operations management, process optimization, and guest experience enhancement will be instrumental in elevating guest experiences at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai.

Prior to joining the Mumbai team, Aaruni served as Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Resort Langkawi, where he successfully led seven departments, achieving remarkable improvements in guest recognition scores and operational processes. His global journey includes leadership roles at prestigious properties such as Four Seasons Resort Seychelles and Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru. Aaruni has a proven track record of executing seamless operations in both pre-opening and established luxury hotels, overseeing large-scale departmental setups and implementing innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.

His appointment also marks a return to the city where he began his career, having previously held various positions in the Front Office at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai during its pre-opening phase. Aaruni’s rich expertise, combined with his commitment to operational excellence and guest-focused leadership, promises an exciting new chapter for the hotel.
