Hotelivate is pleased to announce the appointment of Uttam Davé as the Chief Strategy Officer for Hotelivate. Uttam is a visionary leader and a seasoned entrepreneur with a remarkable track record in both the Hospitality and Real Estate industries. With a blend of strategic acumen and practical hands-on experience and expertise, he has spearheaded the development of several pioneering businesses and projects across India and internationally. His expertise spans strategic planning; corporate development; feasibility analysis, research and data analysis; hospitality project conceptualization, development, planning, design, project management; hotel building and construction, hotel pre-opening activities; hotel management, operations, and asset optimization; and legal contract negotiations. Uttam’s distinguished career includes pivotal roles in esteemed organizations such as Accor Hotels, InterGlobe Hotels and Pannell Kerr Forster Consultants, where he played instrumental roles in shaping India’s hospitality landscape. He is also a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

The creation of this role marks another milestone in Hotelivate’s history strengthening our commitment to forge stronger relationships with our clients. In his new role, Uttam will direct his efforts towards expanding our Development Planning vertical, referred to as PEPA (Project Execution Planning and Advisory). This division offers strategic counsel and direction during the initial development stages of hotel projects. Furthermore, he will leverage his extensive experience to enhance and grow our Operator Search business, in addition to overseeing other significant strategic assignments that can benefit from his diverse background.
As the industry and reinvents in the face of new challenges, Uttam will bring to bear his immense experience to Strategic Assignments, helping hospitality businesses formulate and implement business strategies to re-engineer themselves and face disruptive industry market forces and competition. As an expert in management contracts, Uttam will leverage his extensive experience to enhance and grow Hotelivate’s Operator Search vertical.
Working in tandem with Hotelivate’s executive team, Uttam will craft and execute strategies aimed at sustainable success, delivering unparalleled value to our customers, partners, and stakeholders alike, over the life cycle of hospitality projects. His leadership will be instrumental in propelling growth, fostering innovation, and fortifying our competitive edge in an ever-evolving business landscape.
