HotelREZ, one of the world’s leading and fastest growing hotel representation companies, continues to expand its client base in key international markets with the addition of several prestigious hotels.

In the first half of 2024, 74 new hotels joined the HotelREZ international portfolio with the UK-based business reporting a substantial increase in the total reservations received per property, up 23.9% compared to January-May 2023.

The strategic portfolio additions further elevate the company’s presence and influence in the global hospitality industry.

In the UK, HotelREZ has welcomed new hotel partners in major cities such as London, Bath, and Edinburgh. Noteworthy additions include the esteemed Rathbone Hotel in London, the luxurious 48-room Roseate House London (part of Roseate Hotels & Resorts), and the soon-to-open Resident Edinburgh – the sixth Resident Hotel property to partner with HotelREZ.

With hotels in Portugal (including two of RIDAN Hotels’ Lisbon properties – The Lift Boutique Hotel and Lx SoHo Boutique Hotel), Germany and Switzerland (Dorint Hotels in Interlaken, Switzerland and Jena, Germany) and Norway (First Hotels) partnering with HotelREZ, the provider’s presence in Europe has also strengthened.

Across the Atlantic, expansion in Canada and the USA includes the Vitality and LuxUrban hotel groups. These signings bring a diverse range of high-end properties into the HotelREZ portfolio, catering to business and leisure travellers in major cities throughout the region.

Mark Lewis, CEO and Founder of HotelREZ, said: “Collaborating with groups such as Vitality and LuxUrban will help us improve our visibility in the competitive US market. No matter where they may be located, all our hotel partners benefit from our extensive global sales network and superior technology platforms, enabling them to attract a wider audience and maximise their booking potential – we are way more than a pure technology partner .”

After a challenging start to the year, revenue for hotels bounced back in April and May, demonstrating resilience in the market, up 16.3% compared to April-May 2023.

Lewis said: “The fabulous results we deliver for our hotel partners are just one of the many reasons hotels choose to work with HotelREZ. Feedback on the personal service and support hotels receive from our customer service and sales teams is overwhelmingly positive, and a key part of the reason we continue to grow our relationships with existing clients – like Resident Hotels and their new Edinburgh property – as well as welcome new brands into the HotelREZ family.”
