Lemon Tree Hotels announced the signing of two new properties – Lemon Tree Hotel, Arpora, Goa and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Pathankot. Both the properties shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary and the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, and are expected to open in FY 2026.
Lemon Tree Hotel, Arpora, Goa will feature 57 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool and a spa. The Manohar International Airport is about 30 kms from the property and Dabolim International Airport is about 42 kms while the Madgaon Railway Station is about 48 kms away. The hotel is also well connected by roadways for both public and private transport. This hotel is the fifth addition to the three operational and one upcoming properties in Goa.
Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Pathankot will feature 44 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet halls, a meeting room, a fitness center and other public areas. The Sri Guru Ram Das Ji International Airport is about 130 kms from the property while the Pathankot Cantt railway station is about 8 kms away. The hotel is also well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.
