In her role, Chef Sara will be responsible for conceptualizing and crafting Thai cuisine and menus at Lyfe Hotels, Bhubaneswar. With her wealth of experience, she aims to introduce innovative culinary techniques and elevate the Thai dining experience in Bhubaneswar.
Prior to joining Lyfe Hotels, Chef Sara served as a Thai Chef at Sheraton Full Moon and Spa, Maldives, and has garnered experience from renowned properties and restaurants across Asia, including Sheraton Hotel Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan; Issara Restaurant Phuket, Thailand; Andara Resort & Villas Hotel, Phuket, Thailand; Paresa Hotels & Resort, Phuket, Thailand; and Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas, Phuket, Thailand.
