Hyatt India has partnered with confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and EHL Hospitality Business School to start the prestigious Vocational Education and Training (VET) Swiss Professional Diploma programme across its properties in Delhi, NCR and Lucknow. This strategic partnership combines Hyatt’s industry expertise with EHL’s academic excellence and CII’s networking prowess, providing students with a world-class education and training experience.
This 18month Diploma programme will be delivered at Hyatt Regency Delhi, Andaz Delhi, Grand Hyatt Gurgaon and Hyatt Regency Lucknow. The programme, divided into three levels of learning: Foundation, Intermediate, and Advanced, is designed to equip students with the skills andknowledge required to succeed in the hospitality industry. With a focus on practical training and industry-specific competencies, the program will offer learning in three distinct streams: ‘Culinary,’ ‘Food & Beverage Service,’ and ‘Rooms.’ Each certificate level builds skills on top of the previous and culminates in a Professional Diploma.
Students who have scored a minimum of 50% marks in English in their higher secondary education are eligible to apply for this program. Students will gain exclusive online access to a cutting-edge, globally renowned Learning Management System, where they’ll engage with world-class educational resources. Their progress will be evaluated through a combination of theoretical assessments on the platform and practical skills demonstrations, honed through hands-on training.
