The Happy High, Mumbai’s most premium bartending institute launched its “Bar Essentials Program ” and conducted its maiden one at the luxurious ITC Kohenur, Hyderabad to fuel the cocktail culture in a hotel that houses 7 food and beverage outlets.
The “Bar Essentials Program” is a bespoke program that comprises beverage gyaan, spirit degustation, bar basics and cocktail making. The 2 day workshop is intended to get bartenders a refresher, to get floor associates a first-hand feel behind the bar and making their first cocktail, to take the knowledge levels up a notch, to foster bonding amongst associates and most importantly to have the team walking out confidently seeing beverages in a new light.
