Chrome Hospitality announces the appointment of Nilesh Kachdiya as the Beverage Head for all of its brands. With over 12 years of experience in the F&B space, Nilesh specialises in curating and setting up exquisite bar offerings. Leveraging his skillset, Nilesh is all set to elevate the bar offerings across all Chrome Hospitality outlets.
This senior appointment comes at a time when Chrome Hospitality is not only expanding in Mumbai but also setting up its first boutique hotel in Goa while focussing on PAN India expansion. As a part of his new role, Nilesh will focus on leading teams and curating cocktail menus while elevating the guest-dining experience across Chrome Hospitality brands.

Nilesh completed his post-graduation in Hospitality from London and further went on to get a MBA degree from University of Wales; he has also completed a butler service training. He started his career with The Oberoi Hotels, Mumbai and to further diversify his growth trajectory he worked with restaurants across the globe. Right from working in a Michelin Star Restaurant to closely with chefs like Pierre Koffmann, Marcus Wareing and many more – he has great hands-on experience.
