The Westin Gurgaon New Delhi has recently opened the doors to Sunset Story, a one-of-a-kind luxurious rooftop experience in Delhi NCR. The all-new rooftop lounge and bar offers bespoke food & beverage philosophy with world renowned global cuisine as well as artisanal curated cocktails by the expert in-house mixologist.
The architecture of Sunset Story has been inspired by hues of the sunset. The coming together of the trinity, the vastness of the sky, the myriad cloud formations and the infinite colour palate of nature symbolizes the spectacular triangular bar which is the attraction holding the entire place together. The ethereal light rings, hues of the skyline and hotel facade submerge with each other and create a rather dainty and surreal ambience. Semi-techno and lounge themed music with a high energy vibe, coupled with innovative food and beverage offerings and a serendipitously stylish ambience, all combine effortlessly to making it a destination for the discerning.

The world-class global cuisine features cult Indian classics like Nihari Gosht as well as delights from across the globe such as California Maki Rolls and Chilli Lobster Tail. The entire menu has been passionately crafted with the culinary expertise of their Executive Chef Anurudh Khanna, combined with the expertise of talented in-house Italian and Japanese expat chefs. Some of the signature dishes on the menu include delicacies such as Scampi Brioche, Mutton Pepper Fry, Five Spice Prawns, Spicy Mapo Tofu and the Jalapeno Garlic Naan. The cocktail menu, vastly inspired by myriad shades of the sunset includes signatures such as Sunset Martini and Rooftop Affair.
