The Yellow Chilli Launches New Restaurant in Sector 90 noida

Yellow Chilli recently hosted an exclusive event, “Culinary Delight: A Taste of Excellence,” at their Sector 90 location. JG International added another feather to the Yellow Chilli chain with this latest outlet, which is a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to delivering outstanding Indian cuisine in a warm and inviting setting. Held at their charming location in Bhutani Tower-A, Fresco Chowk, Sector 90, Noida, this event showcased the restaurant’s dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience.

The afternoon event began with Chef Sanjeev Kapoor being warmly greeted by guests and the emcee. The gathering provided a platform for Chef Kapoor to share his extensive culinary journey and the vision behind The Yellow Chilli. This 124-cover restaurant, known for its vibrant ambiance and exceptional service, was the perfect backdrop for the unveiling of new and exciting menu items.

Attendees were treated to an array of Chef Kapoor’s signature dishes, including the popular Avocado Bhel, Golgappa Solkadi Shots, and Peeli Mirch ka Soya Chaap. The highlight of the event was the introduction of a special fusion dish, Gulab Jamun Malai, which seamlessly combined traditional Indian flavors with contemporary culinary techniques. Other dishes that impressed the guests included Bharwan Mushroom Ke Sholey, Chanajor Garam Croquettes with Mint Aioli, and Murgh Angar Bedgi Tikka. The culinary journey continued with Lasooni Dhaniya Murgh and Kuti Mirch Fish Finger with Mint Mayo. The event concluded with a presentation of Gulab Jamun Malai and a Chef’s Table experience, where guests enjoyed an intimate and interactive dining experience with Chef Kapoor.
