The Cheers group, India’s leading luxury spirits conglomerate has been honoured with top awards at the global Drinks Live prestigious Business Awards including ‘Lifetime Achievement’ Award for its founder Mohan Krishna.
Krishna is the World’s first liquor marketing Doctorate and recipient of Alcobev marketing guru and Marketing scientist of the millennium awards. He has been listed in the leading International Liquor magazines as one of the most influential personalities in the global liquor industry.
He is an industry veteran with rich and profound experience also worked in Top management positions with SAB Miller (world’s top Beer company), Shaw Wallace and United Spirits (now Diageo, world’s top spirits conglomerate). During his career he has been instrumental in launching and building many leading international brands.
Krishna has published over 2000 articles on beverage alcohol in various journals and magazines of international repute, as well his interviews appeared in popular Television channels and in various publications. He is an international speaker and was invited as key note speaker at many global conferences.
Krishna’s love for whisky and innovation has helped build the Three Monkeys Indian Single Malt Whisky as a global brand today and Cheers group having international portfolio of brands are valued at close to INR 450 crores and are leading in many markets in India and in global arena.
