ITC Grand Chola celebrates Rajasthan’s culinary heritage with Khamma Ghani Marwar

In homage to the valorous heroes of Rajasthan, a state renowned for its opulent history and breathtaking landscapes, ITC Grand Chola invites guests to indulge in the culinary treasures of the region with ‘KhammaGhani Marwar’. This extravagant celebration, held annually, pays tribute to Rajasthan’s vibrant culture and rich gastronomic legacy.

At the heart of this culinary spectacle is Chef Kailash Meena, a maestro with over 30 years of culinary expertise, hailing from the illustrious Tonk District of Rajasthan. Chef Kailash brings to life the authentic flavors of Marwar, skillfully blending tradition with timeless appeal. Through ‘Khamma Ghani Marwar’, guests are treated to a gastronomic voyage, savoring dishes reminiscent of a bygone era.

Among the myriad delicacies on offer, highlights include the Masala Dungar Chach, Mini Mawa Kachori, and Dounger Paneer Tikka, each embodying simplicity and tradition while tantalizing the taste buds. Guests can also relish savory delights such as Papad Paneer Ki Subzi, Mewa Mangodi Ka Saag, and Charra Aloo Kali Mirch Pudina, alongside specialties like Dal BatiChurma, Lal Maans, and Khade Murgh.
