Loca Loka, a Singapore-based AlcoBev company, has raised $12.5 million from undisclosed investors through a Singapore-based family office. This funding will bolster the company’s R&D efforts, support global expansion, and strengthen its mission to become the world’s most cherished tequila brand.
Loca Loka is spearheaded by an innovative trio—Harsha Vadlamudi, the Founder and CEO, renowned Indian actor Rana Daggubati, and celebrated music composer Anirudh Ravichander. Together, they have redefined tequila by blending Mexico’s traditional agave essence with the unique sweet and spicy notes inspired by Indian cuisine. This approach has positioned Loca Loka as a standout brand in the competitive tequila market.
The brand made its debut in 2024 in the USA and Southeast Asia with its flagship products, Tequila Blanco and Tequila Reposado, and has since captivated tequila enthusiasts worldwide.

Plans for 2025
In 2025, Loca Loka plans to expand its portfolio into new markets, including the UK, India, Dubai, the Philippines, and Indonesia, while strengthening its presence in the USA by entering Las Vegas, Miami, and Washington DC. The brand also aims to integrate into global Travel Retail (Duty-Free) to tap into international audiences.
