AKU’s – The Burger Co. has recently expanded in Delhi with an all-new flagship 48 seater outlet that opened in the premium locality of Vasant Vihar in South Delhi. Having raised an undisclosed amount of funding in their seed round from Mr. Vikram Bakshi, the man responsible for bringing the burger culture to India, AKU’s has allocated the funds towards expanding its presence to the rest of Delhi with this flagship store being one of many opening in this year. The other outlets in Delhi NCR are in Defence Colony and DLF Cyber Hub, Gurgaon with plans to open more by the end of the year.
On the fundraise, Chef & Co-Founder, Akriti Malhotra says, “We are excited to embark on this journey with Mr. Bakshi, combining his operational expertise with our passion for delivering the best quality burgers.”
