Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels disclosed a robust financial performance for the third quarter ending December 31, 2023, showcasing a notable 46 percent surge in consolidated net profit to INR 27.42 crore. The hospitality firm, recently listed on the stock exchange, revealed that it had achieved a consolidated net profit of INR 18.77 crore during the corresponding period last fiscal year, according to its regulatory filing.
The company’s total income during the quarter witnessed a commendable growth, reaching INR 163.61 crore compared to INR 142.64 crore in the previous year. However, total expenses for the quarter also increased to INR 102.99 crore from INR 89.74 crore in the same period a year ago.
This earnings report marks the first financial statement released by Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels since its listing on the stock exchange in February. The company, renowned for its diverse hotel brands such as the Park, Park Collection, Zone by The Park, and Zone Connect by The Park, continues to demonstrate resilience and strong performance in the hospitality sector.
